Your setup call
Ten minutes with Nick, and Donna is calling by the end of it
Pick a time that works. On the call we'll set up your parent's profile together, choose the days and times Donna calls, and get her first call on the calendar.
What Donna is
A check-in they'll actually pick up for
Most check-in services are a button to press or an automated call to get through. Donna is a digital assistant designed for seniors. She calls your parent on the phone they already have, cell or landline. She asks how they're doing, shares the reminders and news you set up, and just chats. Nothing to download, nothing to learn, nothing to press or wear.
You get a recap in the app minutes later. If your parent doesn't pick up, Donna tries again and your recap says so. You can turn on missed-call alerts too.
Try talking with Donna
(442) 212-1723Call anytime, say hello, and ask her anything. It's a preview: once you set her up for your loved one, she knows their name, their routines, and what they care about.
How Donna works
Set up in about three minutes. From there, Donna does the calling, and you stay in the loop.
Where Donna started
Our founder's grandpa, on one of Donna's very first calls
A snapshot of Nick's grandfather trying out the very first version of Donna in May 2026, talking baseball with her. He is the reason we first built Donna, and it's wild how far we've come since.
16 seconds. Sound on.
Built on trust
She asks first. Your family's information stays private.
The consent call
Before regular calls begin, Donna introduces herself as an AI assistant and asks your loved one if they'd like the calls. If they say no, that's the end of it.
Privacy
Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell data, and we never show ads to older adults.
Not a replacement
Donna is one extra touchpoint in the day, on top of the people who already love them. She makes the real conversations better.
Free to use

Quick answers
Does Mom need an app?
No. Donna calls the phone she already has, cell or landline. She just answers.
What does she hear?
A friendly voice asking how she's doing, the reminders you set, and updates on the things she cares about.
What do you get?
A short recap minutes after each call: how she sounded, what she talked about, anything worth following up on. Missed-call alerts, if you want them.
More things families ask
Does my parent need an app or a smartphone?
No. Donna calls the phone they already have, cell or landline. They just answer and talk like any other call.
What do I need?
An iPhone to set her up. You create a profile for your loved one, pick the days and times, and add any reminders or topics. About three minutes. Android is coming; join the waitlist below.
What happens if my parent doesn’t answer?
Donna tries again a little later. Your recap says she couldn’t reach them, and you can turn on missed-call alerts in the app so you hear about it by email.
Will my parent know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. Before Donna ever calls regularly, she makes a consent call, explains she’s an AI assistant, and asks if they’d like the calls. Nothing happens until they say yes.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Donna is free to use, no credit card required.
Is Donna a medical or emergency service?
No. She isn’t a medical, monitoring, or emergency tool, and she won’t give medical advice. If a call raises a concern, it shows up in your recap so a person can follow up.
What languages does she speak?
English or Spanish, for loved ones in the US.
She calls. They chat. You stay in the loop.
